Yeah delays don't just hit games. They hit hardware too. As evident by this press release from Sony, they are saying the release of their motion controller will be coming out in the Fall of 2010. The Sony motion controller was going to have a nice head start against Natal but not anymore.
We still don't have an official name for it either as the press release just says Motion Controller. Still, it's probably better to delay the release of the product until there are games and software to take advantage of it then to just release a controller for the sake of releasing it. I don't know about anyone else but I haven't heard a peep of any game using the thing and now they have a good amount of time to hype it up and maybe give us some titles that will take advantage of the product.
