Mass Effect 2 keeps rolling in.
From the video, it seems to me that the lead gameplay designer Christina Norman is telling us that the Sentinel class is the most badass class that
Mass Effect 2 will be offering. They utilize both tech and biotic abilities, and can also equip advanced tech armor. The armor will even stun all enemies in a close proximity once it overloads.

The Jack of All Trades – The Sentinel Class
Sentinels are truly unique, bringing both tech and biotic abilities to the battlefield. They are versatile and always equipped to deal with any situation. After overloading an enemy shield, Sentinels have no trouble throwing the opponent with their biotic powers. Additionally when battles become too heated, they can Cryo Freeze an enemy buying the Sentinel precious time eliminate foes or take cover.
Sentinels are also equipped with the most advanced Tech Armor to keeping them safe in hostile situations. If overloaded, the system discharge and stun all enemies within a short distance.
