Another win for Mac owners: Warhammer Online

Admittedly, the range of games available for the Mac is few and far between. Mythic Entertainment is giving us lonely Mac-using gamers an opportunity to join the PC gamers in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, which was just announced to have been released for the Mac. Current subscribers can grab the version for free, while newcomers will have to fork over $20 to play along.

I know the age-old debate of Mac vs. PC has everyone’s panties up in bunches, but I think this is great for both sides of the deal. EA makes some more sales, and I get some more games to play. There are too many awesome PC games out there that are not to be missed, which would be a shame if I did because of my lack of the necessary hardware. I dream of a day where games are released for the Mac simultaneously and unquestionably alongside the PC! That being said, go ahead: commence Mac bashing…
