NC Soft has
released some of the specifics of what will be in the next free content release for City of Heroes/City of Villains. While most of the content is slated for
City of Villains (new Mayhem Missions, a new PvE area, and new power sets) there are a few new base improvements for both sides as well as some new art upgrades for
City of Heroes.
