That's what one
survey done by Game Informer concludes. Let's face it, the 360 isn't a very sturdy machine and almost everyone I know of with one has failed at one time. I know Microsoft really wanted to be the first one out of the gate with the new hardware but having that many fail is pretty disappointing. I don't know if over 54% is an accurate number but in my circle of friends it's more than that. In the same survey, the PS3 had about a 10% failure rate and the Wii had a 7% failure rate; a far cry from what was found with the 360. As for me, my 360 is sounding like it is on its last legs while my PS3, sitting inside an entertainment center, runs like a champ. The Wii doesn't get turned on at all.
