Tropico 3 beta applications now being taken

Kalypso announced today that they have started taking applications for the closed beta of Tropico 3.  This will be your first chance to try the new dictator simulator and you'll get all the fun tools of the trade including secret police, a cash crop (oil industry), and other fun goodies to keep your populace in line.  Apply now so you can get in on the beta when it opens up on July 13th.

A select group of gamers will be chosen to pay an early visit to Tropico Island, where they will try their hand at ruling over the bananna republic and experience new features, including secret police, a lucrative oil industry, additional edicts and much more.
