I love
Fallout 3 and I really enjoy mobile phones. I spend a lot of time tweaking my phone just to get it right and also putting on various themes.
This one though takes the cake for me but I can't use it right now cause it's only available for QVGA phones and my phone's VGA. The author is going to make a VGA one soon but if you have a Windows Mobile QVGA phone with enough memory and want a PipBoy 3000, then this is the theme for you.
