I cannot tell you how excited I am about the release of Pearl Jam's first album, Ten, tomorrow. This is a release that I've been excited about for months, and I already have my points ready to go. As far as I'm concerned 2 AM cannot get here soon enough. But while I wait, Harmonix has decided to announce another round of
Rock Band 2 content for the Wii. As usual the company is playing catch-up, doing their best to give us some new AND old all at the same time.
This week we get a lot of good stuff, including "Losing My Religion" by R.E.M., "The Kids Aren't Alright" from The Offspring and the rest of The Who pack (including "Behind Blue Eyes," "Going Mobile," "Who Are You," and five more). As always the tracks will be $2 a piece and can be downloaded at the Rock Band Wii music store. While all this is fine and dandy, it troubles me that Wii owners aren't getting any of the package deals. When The Who collection hit the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 it was significantly cheaper than buying each song individually. However, on the Wii you have to pay $2 each, no matter how many songs you buy. Either way, some of these songs are definitely worth checking out. Below you will find the full list of Rock Band Wii songs.
