It looks like we'll finally be able to find Wii's on store shelves on a regular basis, at least if you believe Gamestop Merchandising SVP Bob McKenzie in a recent
interview with Gamasutra. It looks like the company finally has enough units in stock to meet the current demand.
It will be interesting to see if the Wii loses some of it's luster now that the system is more readily available. I wonder that wow that everyone can have one if the system will lose some of the mystique it's acquired since it launched. Also of interest will be the impact on the NPD sales as we no longer have to worry about the system being constrained by a lack of units in the market.
