Gears 2 "exclusive" golden lancer not so exclusive

One of the perks of ponying up an extra $10 for the Gears of War 2 Limited Edition was getting an exclusive Golden Lancer to use in Game. Well, apparently everyone gets a free "exclusive" golden lancer, as Microsoft is allowing you to download them directly to your Xbox 360 from Xbox Marketplace.
