Fallout 3 DLC--ninjas, Chinese bases, and modern combat

Three more screens have emerged from the icy Alaskan northlands for Fallout 3's upcoming DLC, Operation Anchorage.  Since this scenario takes place pre-apocalypse, it's interesting to note how modern the combat and ninja (!) suits look--as compared to the Golden Age of America piecemeal arms and armament of the baseline Fallout 3.
